Undo Received Items
If you want to undo received items, go to the Purchase Order Details page and navigate to the Receiving History section. There, you will see a list of all receiving records. Select the receiving you want to revert, then click Undo Received.

After clicking Undo Received, a confirmation popup will appear. If you click OK, the receiving will be reversed. The received quantities of all products in that receiving will be deducted from the purchase order's received quantities, and the corresponding inventory quantities will be removed from the available stock in Shopify.
